Ive never been here before and online and the pictures show walk ins welcome. So I come in the door and ask if they had time for a fill. I have always looked for a good, not to pricey local nail service and when i saw nail essence was open by shaws, i was excited to try it out. My first visit was great, great service, good nail quality, and clean atmosphere. Tiffany was my nail artist and did a great job. However, i was not pleased at all my second and third time. Each time was rushed and not only did my nails come out completely different than the picture i provided, but 2 of the acrylic nails were put on sideways and the lady just left it after saying shed fix it. The nail place itself is filled with everything a professional nail place would have, but only certain people do an outstanding job. I highly recommend Tiffany if your looking for a nice set of acrylics otherwise I dont recommend it as a good place for styled acrylic nails. It was also 70$ which is way to pricey for low quality work with certain members. Im not one to leave reviews but i hope this helps. more ... less ...

I went in today to pick up my order and even though I was only there a short time (it was also my first time), Victor treated me like a life long friend. Ive been to plenty of dispensaries and the vibe is usually the sam I went in today to pick up my order and even though I was only there a short time (it was also my first time), Victor treated me like a life long friend. Ive been to plenty of dispensaries and the vibe is usually the same- get the customer in and out as fast as possible. Not with Victor! He answered all my questions that I had about the products I purchased (Im a new user too) and didnt get upset or frustrated with me. Please let him know hes valued & I hope the company knows how great and kind he is. Thanks! more ... less ...
