The staff is nice.\nThey place is a little shabby they have no heat(or refused to turn it on) no hot water in the bathroom or paper towels. They make their money mostly from lashes never see any nail clients (they dont do nail extensions/tips) Ive seen several people get blow outside and hair cuts. more ... less ...

The wife, or maybe she is the owners wife, is the most pleasant, cheerful, happy for life human being Ive ever come across! I got a pedicure with my friend and Id definitely recommend, and I may have found my new favorite place. The foot massage I received there nearly put me to sleep.. Very poor customer service and amateur nail techs who merely passed their exam. I broke a nail and went in to get serviced, the lady started the nail and then stopped, took someone else and I was waiting over 20 mins jus Very poor customer service and amateur nail techs who merely passed their exam. I broke a nail and went in to get serviced, the lady started the nail and then stopped, took someone else and I was waiting over 20 mins just to get a top coat and I was told I’m “lucky” they took me because there’s other people. I’m “lucky” that they took a paying customer. When I said that’s not appropriate the lady mouthed off to me and said no that I am lucky she’s doing my ONE broken nail that I’m paying. Everytime I have come into this establishment it takes more than 3hrs for ONE full set. They mouth off and disrespect paying customers, they pick and choose how much they want to charge and think they’re in the right when I can do better nails with my eyes closed and no hands. She took my hang nails out without me even having to ask and she did it well, like I’m POSITIVE there’s NOTHING left in there. This is the first time I’ve felt like I wasn’t being rushed out of a place. This is a really kind, gentle, and relaxing environment! It’s an older styled spot but I’m done with that. I went and did my acrylic nails at this place and not only the lady name Cathy did a poor job where my nails weren’t the shape I had asked for and a couple of my nails look crooked as well, she also failed to mentio I went and did my acrylic nails at this place and not only the lady name Cathy did a poor job where my nails weren’t the shape I had asked for and a couple of my nails look crooked as well, she also failed to mention to me that she were using “gel polish” on my nails which required for me to pay more. Mind you I never asked for gel polish. I clearly stated that I just want a “regular acrylic full set” when I walked in. Also on the phone when I spoke to her she initially said it was going to be $32 and with the specific shape that I want my nails that it would be $5 more. Now money is not an issue with me but I felt as if she was being so sneaky about the whole gel polish thing. She didn’t bother to ask her me first whether if I want that polish or not and let me decide if I want to pay extra or not instead she took it upon herself to paint them on my nails and charged me for it before even mentioning it to me.Which I find so unprofessional.I ended up paying $52 and I’m over here just like how!? How did it went from $32+$5 to $52!? When I didn’t get any designs or anything. And on top of all that I still tipped her smh. This place is a rip off if you’re not their regular customers. The staff was very nice, however, I can’t get past the fact that they used MMA monomer for my acrylics. MMA monomer is banned by the FDA and is cheap, harmful and damaging to nails. MMA monomer is banned by the FDA and is cheap, harmful and damaging to nails. It is also extremely difficult to remove (it took me three hours) and my real nails are messed up now. You can tell they use MMA because when removing the nails, it comes off all gooey. Great customer service, I just wish they didn’t cut corners and use banned chemicals at the expense of their customers. more ... less ...

It was a pretty good experience, and the prices are reasonable. I got a pixie cut, and it didnt take too long (I think they do pretty well with short haircuts). Its a cut and style, but they might not blow dry your hair all the way. I think they try to go for side parts, so if you dont want that, maybe just tell them, or fix it when you get home. more ... less ...
