Yesterday was my first experience with Ms Katrina at Smooth Silhouette. I tell you, this beautiful queen is a Lock Goddesses. Ms. K Smoothly swooped in put those heavenly hands to work and gotta a brotha looking right. Her knowledge and professionalism of her craft was a breath of fresh air. She is the only one in this STATE thats touching these flowing strands of natural growth. A standing round of applause to Smooth Silhouette. You definitely did you thang. They are great with kids my daughter is 8 and she loves this salon over all others she says the workers actually ask her what she likes and her favorite color and other places ignore her cuz she is a kid

Lets review I originally called day before scheduling my appointment then proceeded the following day of my appointment to call 2 hours in advance appointment time was set for 3:00 p.m. I arrived 3:05 the nail technician that I booked for was way well into her current client. Upon arriving sitting down waiting 10 minutes before Im acknowledged mind you it is not even busy at this point only to be told that somebody else was called in because it was uncertain if I was coming in or not. I am a returning client this would have been my third time getting service from this nail salon clearly they were overbooked and she tried to push me over onto somebody else even had the nerve to tell me come back tomorrow like I dont live 35 minutes away. That is really a unprofessional stunt to pull and I caution anyone that is considering this place because the last two appointments I was still waiting roughly 20 minutes before I receive a service. more ... less ...

Staff was nice but my gel pedicure was the worst pedicure I’ve ever gotten. On the left foot I tried to take the gel off on the bottom on two of them because she went over my skin with the gel polish. On the right i Staff was nice but my gel pedicure was the worst pedicure I’ve ever gotten. On the right is untouched you can see how it’s clumpy and over my skin which means that it will easily lift and tear quickly. The shaping was also horrible. It looks so bad. Gel nail chipped within a few hours. The manager (I think) talked about me to all other customers for 2 hrs and had me wait for 30 mins but over phone told me to come in right away.
