My wife and I are highly disappointed at Ana and then staff at Malden Nails. My wife have dip powder and pedicure for $95 and I have shellac manicure and pedicure for $65. The next day my wifes toes were hurting her and have an infection that lasted several days. Her dip powder nails have open margins all around to the point that when she brushed her hair her nails were getting stuck and was awful to do her hair. My shellac manicure was coming off on the third day compare to shellac done before at other places lasted 3 weeks minimum. I also found out that the lavender tablet that is used for pedicure with the cream and scrub is the cheapest product in the market. Ana is good charging people gastronomical prices but the quality of product and quality of service are the worse we experienced ever. We wont come back to this place and are leaving this review to avoid you for getting an infection and overcharged for services. more ... less ...

I was very hesitant to write this review as Ive come into the school on other occasions and always had a wonderful experience. The teachers are always a delight, and the students very professional. The Haitian girls that I was very hesitant to write this review as Ive come into the school on other occasions and always had a wonderful experience. The teachers are always a delight, and the students very professional. The Haitian girls that were working at the back are an embarrassment to the school. Completely unprofessional, rude and entitled. I listened as they bad mouthed the school and had the teachers run around in circles like they were underpaid assistants. Every other word from their lips was a curse word, while 2 sat in the back of the classroom and did absolutely nothing and Claire worked on a client. I felt terrible for the client in her chair as she sat quietly not knowing how to respond. I am very disappointed that this behavior is allowed. I hope upon my return that these girls learn to be more professional, otherwise, I will take my business elsewhere. more ... less ...

I always go to Diane for coffin acrylics. The shape always comes out so nice and she takes her time with you. I highly recommend her !

Don’t get me wrong they are nice people and they do wonder jobs on nails but their customer service really needs work. I booked an appointment at 2pm , got there , the person was doing someone’s manicure .... NO ONE, absolutely NO ONE mentioned anything to me. I HAD to ask and say how much longer then they answered 20-25 mns more.... I left the place at 2:50ish😤😤 . WHATS THE POINT of an appointment if I can’t even do what I came to do..... I didn’t want to make a scene so I left but the level of audacity man, UNBELIEVABLE🙄 more ... less ...
