Very disappointed. Long story short, I did not receive the services I requested.\n\nI am not one to complain, so I ended up paying full price for my nails to be cut down short and left unsatisfied.\n\nI had an appointment (@1130) was seen 20 min later for basic pedicure and a full set (acrylics)\n\nPedicure was fine. For my nails, she begins as if to start a manicure. I questioned it saying \"this is for acrylics? I want to get acrylic on.\" She shook her head yes and proceeded to file and cut down** my nails (I did not stop her at this point thinking she will soon put the tips on)\n\n**though if this was for a regular manicure I dont understand why she cut my longer nails so short, instead of asking me first.)\n\nAfter washing my hands she asks me to pay and tells me the price. It was the price of a manicure and the pedi. I said \"for acrylics?\" Thinking it would be more$$\n\nAnd this is when another employee had to come in and explain.\n\nI was not able to get the full set (like I had asked for when booking my appointment, during my pedicure, and again when I sat down to do my nails.) There was no one available to do this for me at this time (unless I wanted to wait longer) and by this time it was already 115 and could not wait longer.\n\nI was told the full set does not come with a manicure, implying I had requested it...\n\n(I did not request it and I did not want a manicure in the first place. I did question her from the start of service as well.) There was a miss communication due to a languange barrier.\n\nI have been going to this salon for several years now and probably wont be returning for a while.\n\nI am disappointed in how it was handled and shame on me for not being more upfront while I was there, but also wanting to be respectful and not make a big deal of the issue. Really upset my nails are now super short and I paid for a service I could have done at home for myself.\nIf going to this salon, ensure you are getting the services you requested and confirm, confirm, Confirm.
