If I could rate it a 0 I would. I had come in excited to get my nails done for my birthday weekend and showed them a picture of what I wanted. I spent 2 hours in the salon for my nails to come out misshapen, uneven, for If I could rate it a 0 I would. I spent 2 hours in the salon for my nails to come out misshapen, uneven, for her to forget to apply a clear coat on my left hand and than to be charged $105 dollars !!!!! On top of that when I tried to tell the nail tech that I needed a neutral base coat on my nails she ignored my demand and argued that in the picture it was a natural coat and proceeded to paint the nails with the natural coat I didn’t ask for. I shouldn’t have left a tip but because I felt bad I still left $5 extra dollars. I don’t recommend and won’t be coming back please save your money and go somewhere else. My daughter and I went for mani-pedis. We have been several times, this was the 1st bad experience. Very nice place, good COVID19 precautions. The technician who did my daughters nails was fabulous. Best customer service around and such a beautiful environment. Ive been going to Julie for 6 years and I refuse to go anywhere else because I always get EXACTLY what I ask for. Definitely highly recommended!

Kenny (the owner) did my pedicure. I’m new to the area so this was my first visit to this salon. What I noticed the most is that all the technicians were engaging and friendly with the customer they were working wit Kenny (the owner) did my pedicure. I’m new to the area so this was my first visit to this salon. What I noticed the most is that all the technicians were engaging and friendly with the customer they were working with. My past experiences at other salons include them talking on their cell phones in their native language whilst doing my nails. I was skeptical at first as the salon itself could use a facelift and technicians weren’t wearing any type of smock or uniform (this is always a nice touch). My toes came out beautiful.
