Worst customer service Ever. I was just at this nail Salon. I was on a chair having my nails done when I was asked by the owner who was doing my nails to move off of her chair half way through, so she can do another cust Worst customer service Ever. I was on a chair having my nails done when I was asked by the owner who was doing my nails to move off of her chair half way through, so she can do another customer’s nail and sent me to another nail tech chair. When it was time to apply the color I picked; she swapped back with the other employee, asking that I pay first before applying any nail polish. The moment she found out I was an RN, her entire demeanor change and became so polite and even offered me water. When I left I tipped 25%, not because of the service but as a reminder that it’s time to stop profiling people just base on skin color or whatever belief she obviously hold. No wonder it’s the only nail salon in Norwood that still do walk ins these days. more ... less ...

I booked an appointment for 10:30am, got there 5 min earlier and waited for about 20 min to be seated, but that’s understandable. The lady began to do my nails, she did not prepared my nail at all, she just started I booked an appointment for 10:30am, got there 5 min earlier and waited for about 20 min to be seated, but that’s understandable. The lady began to do my nails, she did not prepared my nail at all, she just started with the acrylics. No cutting, no Polishing or anything. When we were half way done, two other costumers arrived and the lady seemed to have forgotten that costumer’s appointment, then she started rushing to be done with my nails. She did a horrible job painting my nails. You can clearly see that she did not painted it properly. I am very unsatisfied to have paid $33 for this horrible job! more ... less ...

The ladies here are so pleasant. Always a great experience, from my eyebrows to my mani and pedi. I recommend the mood colors, the last very long and no drying necessary! And you get 2 colors in 1!
