I love getting my nails done here! My mom and I go regularly, every 2 weeks for a few months now. we see the same 2 technicians, Tammy and Lan. The entire staff is always so friendly and helpful! What a joke. I had an appointment which I made 2 days ago and after I checked in I was left waiting for 30 minutes. I finally walked out. No one bothered to help me or apologize for the situation. PEACOCK NAILS is HANDS DOWN the BEST nail salon in the Berkshires in my opinion!!!! I recently went to a different nail salon and they tore up my cuticles and sanded my nails to the point that I was in pain!!!
