Timmy did the alterations for my wedding dress and it looks so good! The dress has lace and beading and was several sizes too large for me - not the easiest to work on - and he did such a great job. Highly recommend.

Really horrible customer service! I purchased 6 micro SD cards; but one of those somehow is dead. So I brought the one to get a replacement. Well, Best buy refused to honor - refused to give replacement nor refund (told me because it just passed 2moths \"to the day\") Then the person that stood at the door way told me that he is the store manager and that he doesnt report to anyone but \"Best buy\". Then he made false claims that I was yelling and mistreated him and staff - and told me to \"get out of the store!\" He refused to give me his business card, refused to give me his name, he has no name tag for proper identification, he doesnt have uniform - I had no idea who he really represent - but it was the staff that told me initially that he is the store manager.\n\nThe sad unfortunately thing for Best buy is that my wife and I are in the process of purchasing a set of good washer & dryer; and this horrific event have just narrowed down our shopping locations. (And too bad for me is that we did purchased a set of kitchen appliances from this Best buy store back a few years ago; a top line large refrigerator, stove, over stove microwave. It was a large purchase.). But I shall now warn family and friends to NOT support Best buy.\n\nActually I gave this a one star is because the system will not allow me to mark any lower score than a one star. Got my nails done last minute for a trip. I’m not a regular, and it showed the moment I stepped in the salon. Gel nails were poorly done; next day the color changed from mauve to brown.
