I honestly NEVER like to leave a bad reviews but the experience I just had, I have to say something. I went in on a Tuesday afternoon I was the only customer and there was only one person ( Kenny) available to do my nail I honestly NEVER like to leave a bad reviews but the experience I just had, I have to say something. I went in on a Tuesday afternoon I was the only customer and there was only one person ( Kenny) available to do my nails .. not the usual person I go to but I gave it a shot .. horrible decision. Not only did he get my shape (coffin) wrong which was extremely bulky and wonky and my length (medium) which was way too short wrong .. he over charged me, I felt like because $90 for a gel full set + pedi no designs is crazy but I did not complain about it because everything is expensive now so whatever but the nail in the coffin was when he asked would I like to tip, I kindly declined and he said verbatim “if you don’t tip don’t come here” EXCUSE ME ?? I always tip my usual nail lady who does an amazing job. if the services were worth a tip you would have gotten one. If I were a new customer I would never come back but I’ve been coming here for some years so I’ll be returning to my usual nail lady but this experience left a really bad taste in my mouth to say the least. more ... less ...

Today I went to get a gel pedicure. And as as I was seated at the desired station. This lady wearing a white coat with the business name. Was the one doing my feet. Was the one doing my feet. Before she started I explained to her that I wanted my nails cut short but not to short. But she disregarded what I said and cut way too short. As she continued she was very rough when washing my feet and was talking trash to one of her coworkers about my feet long story short I would never return to disgusting human being as herself. I have been here twice and both times have been wonderful. I wanted a full set (acrylic) the owner looked at my nails and told me she would do acrylic tips because a full acrylic will ruin my nails. I had no idea that could be done and keep my natural nails healthy. She did them so nice and natural looking too which I loved. She holds a conversation like if she knew you for years and I love that. I will keep going here for services. more ... less ...

Ive lived in this area for about 23 years and have been to many salons . This salon here is pretty decent . They don’t talk about you ( I know because I understand it) they don’t talk much but that’s ok be Ive lived in this area for about 23 years and have been to many salons . I don’t want people asking about my business anyways. Michael took his time to pick the right matching Colors for my feet . I got my hands dipped and regular for feet . He also took his time to massage and gave me some designs for free . I did my feet , dipped nails and eyebrows and paid 80$ . I tipped 10 for taking such good care with my nails . He made sure to go over everything after . more ... less ...
