The receptionist is a sweetheart and treats everyone really well and if it was just about her I would give 5 stars….however I had a deluxe pedicure and my nails done. The pedicure nail polish turned out awful! I had to come back to get it fixed but was still charged pretty much the same amount to get my nails painted again when I already paid for the most expensive pedicure. I feel it should have been free considering I left I pretty nice tip to them and it was a mistake they made not me…….if they would have fixed it I would give this place 5 stars again but that wasn’t the case. I would recommend walking outside in the light to see the paint job before leaving because in the pedicure area it’s pretty dark so you can’t really see the mistakes and the mail polish came out a completely different color than the sample because it’s been sitting in the light so the color was altered more ... less ...

It I not my problem someone called out sick. Take care of your guests. I’m furious. Would love to speak with the owner.\n\nWorst nail spa around. Refused to give my father a deluxe pedicure. Said they did not have time to do it. I called and made and appointment they made us sit for 35 minutes waiting. That’s why they did not have time to do the deluxe pedicure. My mom and I cancelled our manicures as that is not fair. The dis not manage time well and clients suffer. No thank you. My mom and I cancelled our manicures and will go some where else. Only reason we stayed was we had gift certificates. We also drove over an hour to come here. Worst customer service. Will not come back here. Ever! more ... less ...

I was in the area today and stumbled upon this nail salon and decided to stop in to get a gel manicure…big mistake. The only part of my nails that he manicured were my cuticles and barely touched them and to be hone I was in the area today and stumbled upon this nail salon and decided to stop in to get a gel manicure…big mistake. The only part of my nails that he manicured were my cuticles and barely touched them and to be honest, I’m glad because he wasn’t gentle. All of my nails were caved in, in the middle, not straight and my gel polish barely covers my entire nail on each finger. I tried to explain exactly what I wanted but he seemed to be too angry to even try to understand or fix the issue. No manicure was done, my nails are rough, barely polished and for $35 plus a tip, I would NEVER recommend this salon. more ... less ...

I had the best pedicure I have ever had done! Shirley was gentle, friendly and her foot massage is unbelievable. I had a spa pedicure with a paraffin wax treatment. My feet feel so incredibly soft. When my mom noticed a customer approaching to pay she went to go move backward out of the way and tripped and fell on top of a glass table.\n\nThe glass table shattered, my mom is bleeding & knowing my mom she’s very upset at the situation because she wouldn’t want to cause anything bad to anyone.\n\nTina, THE OWNER, whom was too busy to even blink lied to my mom saying she called her ”boss”, SHE IS THE BOSS 🙄 my mom knew for a fact she didn’t even have time to make a phone call, she was sitting right near her the whole time she got her nails done. Approached my mom and barely asked if she was okay before asking her to pay $50 for the table. Saying “I called my boss and he asked if you could pay for the table” meanwhile all they gave my mom for a bleeding hand was a stingy piece of paper towel.\n\nMy mom being the person she is, paid for the table and immediately made the decision to never go back. A customers like me gets my nails done twice a month, $80 total plus tip, for a whole year that makes your business almost $1000 but you’d rather lose a customer over a $50 table.\n\nThe principle here wasn’t paying for the table, my mom never will in her life as many of us tolerate being lied to. we’ve been going there for YEARS, long enough to know who the owner is and that she flat out lied to my mom to get money out of her.\n\nWon’t be seeing our business again! more ... less ...
