I just wanted to be out of there w/out conflict so gave a ~15% tip…and guess what, she told me the standard tip was 20%…I walked out before I lost it.\n\nIf they got their act together, the quality was not poor, but simply doesn’t meet the most basic standards of professionalism. more ... less ...

I liked the massage and the hot towel but it is not clean or sanitary there. My nails looked nothing like my picture I showed the lady. Ive been going here when I occasionally get my nails and eyebrows done. Ive never had a problem and always recommend them.\nHowever the last time I went with my friend, called and made an appointment.\nWhen we got there Ive been going here when I occasionally get my nails and eyebrows done. Ive never had a problem and always recommend them.\nHowever the last time I went with my friend, called and made an appointment.\nWhen we got there the lady doing my nails was clearly in and rush and super annoyed.\nI got gel to speed the process along. I got all different length nails (and yes my fault for not checking before I had the polish put on but I never had an issue there before so didnt even think to look.) But the worst part is spending extra money on gel to have it peeling off 4 days later! Very disappointed more ... less ...

These girls are amazing! They are clean and easy to talk to, they are amazing at what they do and I wouldnt want to go anywhere else. Ive gotten the eyelash lift done multiple times and it comes out amazing!
