Find best hair and nail salon in Tewksbury , MA

I went in for a 3:30 appt. Had to sit and wait over 30 minutes to get my nails done. I then got my nails started and the manager left for a food break 30 minutes into my nails. Then came back and spent over an hour tryin I went in for a 3:30 appt. Had to sit and wait over 30 minutes to get my nails done. I then got my nails started and the manager left for a food break 30 minutes into my nails. Then came back and spent over an hour trying to do a simple design. I was in the nail salon for over 2 1/2 hours. I then got home and my gel maincure didn’t have a top coat and chipped right off. I then go back the next day and I get told it can’t be fixed and I have to come back in a few days when there was no customers in the nail salon. I used to see Tiffany at another salon a couple years ago -- when she worked there part-time and she worked somewhere else full-time... and then she was gone... until my daughter took me for mani-pedi for my birthday... I was beyond happy to see her again... this is where she worked full-time... But now it is her salon...\nShe is fabulous... takes her time and makes sure you are happy with your nails...\nAnd the fact that she gets to know you is the cherry on top of it all...\nI wont be going anywhere else... more ... less ...

Then I ask to get my acrylic set off and instead she just filed them down so fast that she was making me bleed clearly and decided to continue. I was in there for 20 minutes. My nails are horrible and bumpy and thin. I guess you get what you pay for. Stay away from this place if you can afford an extra $10 to go somewhere else because they don’t deserve the business. If you can’t run a business correctly and handle things in the right way don’t own a business. more ... less ...
