My attendant provided the right pressure based on the level I had requested (I answered a questionnaire that helps the staff determine what is best for me). The massage table was heated which was great; if the massage oil was a little warmer that would have been perfect. I have to say overall my experience was very chaotic. I made an appointment 2 weeks in advance for myself, my mother in law and my 2 young daughters for a mani and pedi. I made an appointment 2 weeks in advance for myself, my mother in law and my 2 young daughters for a mani and pedi. They should have been well staffed. We arrived on time and waited about 20 minutes to get started, which was fine. There were 3 technicians there and only 1 attending to us the whole time. Once my pedicure was finished the tech doing my nails took off to the back to cut a family of 5s hair and the other tech took off to get the baked goods she is selling out of the salon as well. So Im not sure if this place is a nail salon, hair salon or bakery. We ended up being there over 2 hours which is a nightmare when you have 2 little ones with you trying to keep them busy in a small nail salon. I wouldnt have minded as much if my gell manicure had lasted longer than 2 days but it didnt. My nails and my mother in laws nails started chipping within 2 days. Normally my manicures last me about 2 weeks. So overall it was not a pleasant experience and will never go back or recommend. more ... less ...
