Myself and two others were walk in appointments, however, we called ahead for availability. We were told yes and upon arrival the receptionist said we requested a pedicure instead of a manicure. We were told yes and upon arrival the receptionist said we requested a pedicure instead of a manicure. We corrected her and said we requested a manicure and she condescendingly told us that “a manicure and a pedicure are two different things.” We did not request a pedicure and even if we did, this is not how you speak to a customer. We noticed the rest of the walk in’s were treated much nicer. We will not be going back. I will not pay again to be talked down to and rushed. No thanks. more ... less ...
