I really wanted to love my nails, but unfortunately they are not very good. The nail texture is lumpy and the shape of each nail is not consistent, even after asking the nail tech to fix a few nails that were off. Also, I really wanted to love my nails, but unfortunately they are not very good. Also, the paint does not cover the entire nail, specifically on the sides. I was visiting from out of town and did not have any more time left to keep asking for corrections. My dad lives in the area and one thing i like to do in my free time is get my nails done. Every employee was very kind, but the quality of the nails was horrible. The nail tech had put so much polish on my nails that it could not dry, though visibly it looked dry and for the most part felt dry. As soon as i open my car door the polish gets messed up and i then can see the layers of nail polish he had put. There was so much it pretty much created a shell of dryness then a goopy middle. i was so upset considering the amount i had paid for them. i then call them and they told me i could come in, so i go in and they told me there was nothing they could do. I could not even get a refund. i definitely do not recommend going here. more ... less ...

The people who own this salon are so nice & the prices are reasonable and i really wish i didn’t have to write this but i don’t want anyone making the same mistake i made. i’ve tried to give this salon ma The people who own this salon are so nice & the prices are reasonable and i really wish i didn’t have to write this but i don’t want anyone making the same mistake i made. i’ve tried to give this salon many chances since it’s so close to my house but the other day i went in to have my acrylics removed and just get gel on my regular nail because they cannot do acrylic nails well, at all. however, the woman filing down my nails cut me, the man taking off my acrylics didn’t soak them, just ripped them off. i had to look down at my lap while i teared up. the gel manicure i got looks pretty horrible too. i wasn’t that upset, however as of today (3 days after i got them done) my nails are completely cracked and breaking & have never been this thin. im literally in physical pain from getting a manicure at this salon once again. that was the last time. DO NOT GET ACRYLICS OR HAVE THEM TAKEN OFF HERE!!!!!! more ... less ...

On Easter almost all places were closed in the Annapolis area. I called and they were open. Despite the business card saying by appointment only on Sundays (and Easter Sunday at that) I was able to walk right in. Yvonne On Easter almost all places were closed in the Annapolis area. She said she was open on a holiday because she has a standing appointment on Sundays with a long time customer. Thats amazing customer service! They pulled my smaller toes so far apart that it actually ripped the skin in between. Now it hurts to walk and run, and will continue to hurt for the next day or so. I showed her a design and asked of she could do it and she said yes. I then noticed she had painted all my toes the same color and asked if she could correct the two large toes and again showed her the picture and she didnt respond. Just sort of unapologetically removed the color and started over. (I noticed it pretty soon, not like I made her start all the way from the beginning). They arent horrible, but I would definitely recommend a different salon, Especially with so many to choose from in the area. more ... less ...

Just dropped by because I had some extra time before my massage (in the same shopping complex). Upon entry the salon was empty, very organized, clean, and quiet. I was kindly greeted and asked to sign into the guest book, while my temperature was discretely taken and motioned to the hand sanitizer. New tools were removed from packaging for my gel manicure and the process was very thorough. I didnt feel rushed at all (as most salons do). The manicure took about 40min and I especially loved the finish with the hot eucalyptus towel at the end. The cost of the gel manicure was $40, which is higher than most. However, during these times people are risking their lives to provide patrons with unnecessary services, so I gladly paid and gave a generous tip for his level of care. I cannot say enough great things about this place. As soon as I walked in I noticed it was clean and nicely decorated. All of the employees were extremely warm, welcoming and friendly. Jenna did my full set and checked in multiple times to make sure I was happy with the length and shape which she executed perfectly! Exactly how I wanted them! Then Hannah did my nail art and WOW!! It turned out so gorgeous!! The whole experience was awesome. I felt very comfortable and had nice conversations with both Jenna and Hannah. They both had very good attention to detail. They both took their time and didn’t Rush (again, despite it being Saturday night closing time). I honestly can’t wait to come back! more ... less ...

Nina! Amazing! My lashes look beautiful. This is the first time I had lash extensions and I had no idea what I was doing. I chose one and she met the exact expectation she presented. The music was calming and I pretty much fell asleep. She was so nice and I could tell she was confident in what she created, as she should be! After spending all that time on my lashes she even agreed to do my brows to make my full eye look beautiful. I feel so confident for my wedding this Saturday. Thank you Nina! The rest of the staff was also kind and attentive when I walked in. 10/10 experience… which is probably why my friend recommended me to you guys ! more ... less ...
