I tried Bay Hill nails for the first time and got my eyebrows waxed. The woman waxed way too low and now I have burns and raw skin. She waxed far below my obvious brow line under both eyebrows. I’ve been coming to this establishment since it was owned by Sandy and her husband, probably 20 years. Usually receive fair treatment for the services I request. Tonight I am frustrated! Leaving tomorrow on vacation I’ve been coming to this establishment since it was owned by Sandy and her husband, probably 20 years. Usually receive fair treatment for the services I request. Tonight I am frustrated! Leaving tomorrow on vacation, left my job early to get to the salon, pull in at 7 just to see the lights turning off and three employees walking out the door! I approached them and asked why they are closing 30 minutes early, that I needed a simple waxing. Was told they can’t reopen, that everything is turned off for the night.
