I was first one in there in the morning to get my feet and nails done...I told the lady 5 times the water was freezing cold... then she put the wrong color on there...I can deal with that I wear all kinds of colors...whe I was first one in there in the morning to get my feet and nails done...I told the lady 5 times the water was freezing cold... then she put the wrong color on there...I can deal with that I wear all kinds of colors...when It was time to get my nails done she was ruff with the drill keep burning my fingers...then her glove got caught in the drill and made her and myself finger get cut...I said its ok accident happens but she try to blame it on my long nails but she clearly had to pull her glove out of the drill..she try to make me cut my nails off after I told her no they was my reals nails I wanted to keep them the way it is...if I tell u the first time we shouldnt be going back and forth about it...by time she took 6 mins on one nail I told her its ok thanks I pay for what was done cause I was fed up..she slaps the Acrylic on the nailsThe liquid was so juicy not ferm...I honestly dont think she knew what she was doing and is not certified being a nail teck more ... less ...

I went in today for a gel fill and a spa gel pedicure. Not only did I wait almost an hour (when I had an appointment) before anyone serviced me, but I also wasnt given what I wanted. The owner (or so I assume she is the owner) constantly has an attitude, shes rough when working, and does NOT listen to a word you say about what you want or desire. This is the second time in 4 weeks Ive gone here and she continues to tell me I can not have short nails with a coffin shape or that it wont look good. I then was questioned about who did my set previously and when I told her a previous employee at their location did my last set she called me a liar. I have been to many other nail salons that have been able to give me what I want and actually do it nicely and professionally without question or hesitation. Needless to say, I will not be returning any time soon and will be happy to take my business else where. more ... less ...

I waited about 20 minutes , no problem Im a patient person. So I check in again and they said I was next. A few minutes later a nail tech came up and talked to the check in girl as they both looked my way and whispered then said they could take me back so I sat down but she kept motioning to the girl that checked me in as she then started using the Dremel tool on my nails for a few minutes then told me that her appointment was there and to go to another station which I thought was pretty darn rude especially when I saw who her appointment was..I was sitting by the door when her \"appointment\" walked in and I heard her say she did not have an appointment! I guess since I only needed a regular manicure she shoved me off onto someone else. She was at station #12. I was so tempted to just leave but really needed my nails done. So station 4 ended up doing a great job on my nails which I decided to get dip under the gel. But that was very rude and unprofessional to be treated that way by the other nail tech after she had already started doing my nails. more ... less ...

They did a great job on my daughter’s nails. She got an acrylic set with gel polish for $48. Be aware if you try to pay with a debit or credit card that you can’t tip with it. Beautiful clean space. The girls work hard and are great at their jobs. Had an amazing foot rub during my pedicure which is rare these days so another big plus. And my gel manicure looks fantastic! I have never ever been treated the way I was treated at this facility by a medical “professional”. This place looks dirty, there is no receptionist to help you sign in, the sign in pads do not work correctly. I attempted to sign in twice because I thought I had did it incorrectly. I was addressed about 10 min later by two staff members yelling over to me across the waiting area asking what I was here for. One of the staff members, Kendra, is one of the rudest people I have ever met. I do not know why she works here, she is very unprofessional and clearly miserable. I could not believe how she “greeted” me. Then she took forever in the room with me and also called her boss on her cell phone during my appointment to chat about how her day was going. I felt she was taking long on purpose. She asked me twice if I was sure I could pee after I had already said yes. Every step of the appointment was so unpleasant for NO REASON. It’s a ROUTINE test, pretty easy to complete!!! And there is no reason to be rude to someone about it. After reading other reviews I see I am not the only one who had a terrible experience here and was treated like trash. I will be providing my company with this information so they can change which lab they use in the future. The staff needs more customer service training ASAP. more ... less ...
