She tried to reshape them and rushed which is why my nails look lopsided. By this time I had to leave because I had already been there for 2 hours. I am highly disappointed in the delivery of the work. My friend recommended Kim, but Kim had a wait and I was already pressed for time. I will not be returning here. Well I specifically asked her to only file them a little bit. But then she files them almost all the way down! And the manager (knowing I was mad) was just standing there! Ever since then my nails have never been the same. They are now always breaking and take weeks to grow back when before it would have taken a couple days. Against my better judgment and the negative reviews I read online, I decided to give this nail salon a try. My pedicure was rushed and mediocre at its best (the nicest way to say it). Then I went to the back to get my eyebrows done where the young lady took off way more then what was needed. She took hair from underneath my right brow near the beginning, which now has a bald area. She then had the audacity to tell me it was like that before she started. I told her that I see my face everyday and no it was not! I respectfully paid (which I don’t why I paid for her inconsiderate error) and left. I absolutely WILL NEVER VISIT THIS LOCATION EVER AGAIN! more ... less ...

I never fill my nails in so I received a take-off for an additional $5, fine. The lady doing my pedicure asked if I wanted gel, I replied yes and she told me $5 extra, cool. Now when I got to doing my nails I got a white acrylic . As he is finishing up I started getting ready to pay and pull out my phone for Cashapp. He then pulls out a calculator and starts typing numbers in and came up with $95. I explain to him something is wrong I never pay over $80 here including tip and even show him my cashapp transactions I had with them in the past. I am in school and have to get the same standard white or French tip short nails which I get everytime I come here. He then proceeded to tell me that gel with pedicure and manicure is $75 and the special no longer applies to me , then said acrylic powder is $15 and my $5 take off fee. As he didn’t finish yet, I told him do not give me the gel top coat on my nails ( trying to lower the price) . I explain to him an additional $45 for simply getting gel is ridiculous. I called my sister as I was getting upset because I never went through something like this before , the male tech ( first desk in front of the door) told me he doesn’t know why I’m calling someone because they can’t help me in this situation. Not happy! My sister and I went to get our nails done at this place and were both treated with a lack of care. I was rotated between 3 employees, and they seemed to be agitated when I politely addressed my concerns with Not happy! While she did remove my nails it was not done properly. The woman was bending my fingers back too far and proceeded to peel my nails off without soaking them, (painfully) ripping layers of my natural nail. I politely let her know that my nails were feeling sore and asked her to soak them. She smiled and continued to peel them. She then began another service half way through applying my tips and sent me to a male employee. He seemed to be in a rush and he was not being detailed. When I asked him to add acrylic to a nail with a dent he tried to avoid it at first. I asked for clear polish when I was sent to the last woman and she kept asking me to look through the colors. She seemed irritated that I did not want any and she rushed on my clear polish. My sister had better luck but her lady mixed up the design she wanted and brushed it off when she was asked to fix it. She said “its not messed up its just the lighting” and “they still look good you can just wear them like that”.My sister was tired of the back and forth and decided to let them slide. They were not professional in my opinion and while they may have been tired as we had an evening appointment, that is not an excuse for the lack of patience that we were given. We were both overcharged but we payed and left gracefully and our nails do not look very bad but I am definitely not satisfied with how we were treated and will not be using their services again. more ... less ...
