I was telling her to be careful because the first time she cut me & she said I was “talking to much” which was very unprofessional. Over priced and had to go somewhere else within a week to fix the fill in. Don’t waste your time or money. They weren’t busy at all which should’ve been my warning sign

Now, my nails that I am wearing for Prom, their not the work I was promised or was okay with and I told Alex that. ( He did my nails ) With all due respect, he was going back n forth with me about the shape, sneaky with pricing , and was being quite rude when I asked him to fix something. I thought customer was always right ? And the fact that another nail tech ( who was not doing my nails ) came up to me and butted in my conversation was first, rude and second, not needed because respectfully I wasn’t addressing her and third she was lying and repeating WRONG information, and that was upmost disrespectful establishment I ever went to, and that says a lot. Then you say no currency fee ? oh because you know yall be rude and do treat yall clients with respect when we the reason yall are in business and your attitude will get you far or behind in this world. I absolutely love coming here! Ms. Diane is who I usually go to and she is amazing! Everyone else is super friendly as well. They are professional, clean, and provide good quality work. I would recommend

I was not pleased with my service at all. I wanted square nails and told the lady exactly how i wanted. She put too much acrylic beads and made it look really fat and chunky. I even had little hairs in my nails! my cuticles and skin around my nails had powder all around it and she didn’t even clean it up. I had to pay $100 so $70 for these full set of nails and $30 for my feet. please don’t waste your money. more ... less ...
