I have been going to this place for 15 years, give or take. Helen is my go to lady but I have had my nails and feet done by everybody here when she’s been busy or on vacation and everyone here always does amazing wo I have been going to this place for 15 years, give or take. No matter how busy they day or bad the day everyone here is courteous, professional, and pleasant. I’ve seen the crew here deal with a wide variety of customers from good to bad and no matter how bad a client may be they always finish with a smile and manner and never let it carry over to the next customer. If you treat them them with kindness and a smile they will treat you like family. Their work is always immaculate and well done. Never had a bad experience here. And everyone I’ve sent here always leave beyond satisfied and showing off their new nails. Definitely recommend them if you’ve never been!! I work in this town often and stay in a nearby hotel. I gave this place two chances. 1st time I called for appointment then they were shocked I came. I could tell they didn’t want to service me. He rushed, did not care at all and two days later polish chipped feet look terrible. They don’t use AC or fans (it’s hot) and the plastic they have around pedi stations looks like COVID is all over it. So much more was wrong. I got my nails done at another salon on 3/3. I hated the paint job so I decided I would stop in and get a mini fill and color change on 3/11. First impression was the lady who did my nails was nice. First impression was the lady who did my nails was nice. However she filed my nails entirely too thin. Within three days the thumb broke. Then I noticed the top coat was already peeling on gel polish. Less then 24hrs later the index finger nail broke. I never break nails. Then I told her i want regular polish n she pulls out the led lights i asked her for fan as regular polish doesn’t dry with led and she told me they have no fans n when i got hone to examine nails in better light tech missed all my side walls they dont do good nail n charge for gel overlay but give u acrylic .....update the next day a nail poped off it had hardly any acrylic over the tip or on nail bed. The nail techs are friendly, they do not rush your service to get to the next client. This time i am very pleased with how my dip powder manicure turned out. I went to pro finish for my first time last night. They were nice enough to fit me it for a pedicure and dip manicure an hour before closing. All the techs were very friendly and did great work. I get dip powder nails and Ms. Tina was very gentle with my nails. At other salons I usually get cut during filing. Im not sure the name of the tech who did my pedicure, but she gave a great foot and leg massage and my toes look great. To top it all off, the prices are very reasonable and much cheaper than most other salons I have been to in the area. This will definitely be my new go to salon. 😊 more ... less ...

The salon seems clean and well maintained. I chose a basic mani/pedi to test the service provided when I did not choose one of the higher priced specialty mani pedi packages. I could quickly see the decline in serving and care given to me. When I chose the basic service I did not realize how basic it would be. I did not receive a softening scented tablet in my pedi. She barely smoothed or filed my toenails I literally got maybe 2 swipes per toe I had to ask for her to smooth out the ridges even a bit. WOW AND I THOUGHT THAT WAS THE WORST OF IT. HA HA. So when she started the mani I thought that it couldnt get any worse. Hmmm, the water was cold and she couldnt even bother to add a drop of soap. I think the whole thing including polish took 10 minutes. Needless to say I wont be ba ck to give them any of my hard earned money and be treated like I did not deserve quality service because I didnt choose a package over 50$but she sure didnt mind taking my 8$ tip. Immediately after talking about the apartment with Sue, my roommate and I knew this was our top choice. Sue was incredibly helpful, responsive, and candid throughout the leasing process, which really put me at ease considering we committed to the apartment sight unseen (other than a virtual tour)!\n\nNow that we’ve moved in, the apartment is even better than I had initially expected. The maintenance staff is responsive, highly capable, and detail-oriented. The best part about the team here is that they want you to have the best living experience as much as you do, yourself!\n\nOur unit was freshly painted and had newly-installed carpet. The building itself is clean, well-maintained, and safe (night security guard and a key card for building entry in addition to the key to the apartment unit).\n\nThe area is beautiful with good walking paths, and the building is conveniently located near the mall, grocery stores, etc. more ... less ...

The front desk staff took great care when scheduling me with a new hair stylist after I told them Id had a terrible experience at a different salon recently.
