My friend just went here to get her birthday nails done, and I wish I went with her because she would have NOT paid for her nails! She went to Mia, she showed her the picture, Mis says okay I only need to see it once. Poor customer service & greeting. After waiting almost a half an hour past my appointment time, the nail tech had no idea how to remove gel polish. Another lady helped her and then 40 minutes of trying to remove the gel, Poor customer service & greeting. After waiting almost a half an hour past my appointment time, the nail tech had no idea how to remove gel polish. Another lady helped her and then 40 minutes of trying to remove the gel, they put my feet in cold water. I told them twice it was cold before they made it luke-warm. I asked for designs which I never received and in the end, it looked like a 3 year old painted my nails. They didn’t give me the massage. This was hands down the worst pedicure experience I’ve ever had! I will never return and I’d never recommend anyone waste their time or money at this place. more ... less ...
