Find best hair and nail salon in District Heights , MD

Okay sooo, I was in a rush (lets start there)to an event my friend was holding. I’ve been to 3 different salons prior to coming to this one 🤦🏽‍♀️ The was was terrible at the other 3 places. I called ahead to THIS ONE to make sure I would be seen on spot and I was. I was very happy about that. But this work, coming from a lady that has been there for 20 years ! I’m appalled 😦. First off for a pedicure, it was 45$ With gel! Other places charge less. Just for a simple pedicure WITH EXFOLIATING SCRUB! She charged me an extra $5 just for it. Y’all with me, we are at 50$ just for toes. Okay ladies, let me ask you this. If you choose the color “Lemon drop” (neon yellow for those who don’t know) wouldn’t you add a WHITE BASE to make the color pop ?? Nooo instead she applied layer after layer only still for my natural nail to show. God blessed her! That’s all I can say. But I will never give this con artist women my money EVER AGAIN! & hopefully this will help someone in need. She lucky I have to give this chick a star because she deserves none. more ... less ...

I came here to get my nails done last week Tuesday I spent 140$ that including tips. Received pedicure with acrylic also a full set. Less than a week later i have to come back I got my nails done Tuesday I been trying to get a point since Thursday its Monday and they refuse to fix my nails. My nails are lifting which I know happens but it happen normally a week and a half in. I do not recommend this nail salon to anyone not to mention they do not use new tools for pedicure which I thought was against some type of sanitation law or something but please do not waste ur money or time. I went to get my eyebrows done and I was told it was going to be 30 minutes, I said it was fine I was going to run to the family dollar around the corner. I came back with nearly ten minutes spare, and I sat back down wa I went to get my eyebrows done and I was told it was going to be 30 minutes, I said it was fine I was going to run to the family dollar around the corner. I came back with nearly ten minutes spare, and I sat back down waited an extra 20 minutes already on top of that 10. No one said anything to me. I ended up leaving. I was disappointed Every salon I had went to before this one would stop and attend to someone who is in for eyebrows. I had thought about those times I had gotten my nails done years ago at this salon and they ALWAYS stopped to do someone eyebrows. Which I found perfectly fine since eyebrows dont take no longer then 10 min. I wasnt in a rush, but it was just the fact that if you are not a regular and your trying to get a 10 min service done, you would have to wait over an hour to get that done. more ... less ...

I love coming to them theyre very hospitality and they know how to keep their customers happy wonderful place to visit prices are good as well work is done phenomenal very clean

This place is horrible they have us sitting her for 1 hour I wanted to get my nail done 1 nail\nTech just walking around doing nothing I could’ve gotten my nails done no STARS for me

NEVER EVER EVER GO HERE. I got my eyelashes done for vacation, they fell off the 2nd day. I go back and get my lashes done by TITI when I return. 2 days later, they fell off like nothing. I go back after the 2 days, she NEVER EVER EVER GO HERE. I got my eyelashes done for vacation, they fell off the 2nd day. I ask the manager, Jennifer for a refund she says she’ll never ever give a refund. I’ve had my lashes done before at other places and IVE NEVER seen anything like this before. Horrible customer service! The only good one in there is the man that does nails. Everyone else is some trash. NEVER AGAIN!!! more ... less ...

At the beginning I was enjoying my experience until the technician filed my nails slanted instead of straight across. I asked her to fix it and her response was “You have to fix it yourself.” I was appalled. This place of 7 minutes from my house. I will drive 35-40 min away to receive better service. This was ridiculous! My nails were lumpy, glue spilling out around my cuticles. She dipped the nail in the acetone before she put the glue on and it burned my nail. I will never ever step foot in there again. more ... less ...

I am surprised this place has this many stars! I went in for a classic French gel manicure and pedicure and am HIGHLY disappointed. If you can’t do a classic set, you may as well close up shop!!! If you can’t do a classic set, you may as well close up shop!!! The first lady changed my toe color without asking me then got upset when I kindly asked her to fix it back to the clear color! After that she didn’t want to continue doing my toes so another lady stepped in. She was better, but my finger nails are uneven even after me asking her to fix it. The nail polish is sloppy. The UV lights burned my fingers and the lady kept yelling at me to put my hands back??? Just don’t even waste your time or money here more ... less ...

The parking lot needs work, the hair dressing place could use some work also. But I love my stylist.
