After many phone calls and reviewing repair shops on line, found only two places in Greater Lansing that were recommended to work on our 1984 Mercedes Benz 500 SEL as our usual foreign repair shop near campus no longer d After many phone calls and reviewing repair shops on line, found only two places in Greater Lansing that were recommended to work on our 1984 Mercedes Benz 500 SEL as our usual foreign repair shop near campus no longer did. We knew we had a fuel line leak but did not know what else might be needed to get her back up and running after sitting in the garage for many years. Not able to reach anybody at one shop, but was able to reach Chris at Handz On. He clearly walked me through the steps his shop would take in trying to resurrect the 500 and the cost necessary for Step 1: diagnostic phase. Everything went exactly as described! His realism and honesty given the uncertainty of the issues at hand were greatly appreciated. Highly recommend Chris to work on your vintage Mercedes. more ... less ...

I don’t ever do anything for myself, we’ll this year we decided to go to the beach for my birthday and I wanted to get my nails done for the trip. I called and asked if they take walk ins and went ahead and mad I don’t ever do anything for myself, we’ll this year we decided to go to the beach for my birthday and I wanted to get my nails done for the trip. I called and asked if they take walk ins and went ahead and made a same day appointment. I get there and I’m seated right away, no issues. I sit down and everything seemed fine until I couldn’t hear the lady ask me what shape I wanted. I have a hard time hearing anything when there’s more than one noise going on in a room. She kept yanking my hands around and slapping my fingers out of the way. no matter how I held them, she told me to be careful when she was the one rushing. I’ve never been made to feel the way I felt today. She made me feel like I ruined her day by wanting my nails done a basic way. Which was medium length neural pink coffin nails. I wasn’t there for more than 30 minutes. When she told me she was done I was shocked as I haven’t been told to wash my hands or anything. I left the salon with nail dust all over my hands and pieces of filled nail hanging off and tears in my eyes. I wanted a pedicure as well but decided after the experience I got with my manicure I didn’t want to be there any longer. I will never go back to this nail salon. This was my second time at this salon as I am new to the areas. Young lady that did my pedicure was great. I waited an extra 30 for Dom to do my nails because he was the only one that could do the designs. My nail Design This was my second time at this salon as I am new to the areas. Young lady that did my pedicure was great. I waited an extra 30 for Dom to do my nails because he was the only one that could do the designs. My nail Design did not look like the picture because my nails were “too short”. When it was time to get the design on my toes, Dom stated I needed to get just a line on the big toe as it had gotten too busy to do a design. When I said ok, just add a like to the other toes as well, I was told I would have to wait for someone to get the other toes done. I was instructed to come back a weekday if I wanted designs. He spoke as if I was not a paying customer. I have been getting my nails done since i was a teenager. Never have I ever heard such nonsense. I will definitely not be returning to this salon more ... less ...

Highly recommend this place! The lady that did my nails tonight is a definite perfectionist!. Im so very pleased.Very family feel between employees and clientele.
