Went looking for a specific item but wasnt able to find it; this was probably due to the fact that what I am looking for seems to be put of stock in all grocery stores, at least locally. I usually come to get a pedicure with gel, but last time I asked for regular nail polish as I wont be able to come back soon to get it removed, so the lady who help me was insisting on having me to get gel, or a massage, I usually come to get a pedicure with gel, but last time I asked for regular nail polish as I wont be able to come back soon to get it removed, so the lady who help me was insisting on having me to get gel, or a massage, or a manicure... I refused to all her offers and when she asked me for my payment she said if I was paying with card, it would be $10 more. They have an advertisement that minimum payment with card is $10, and the service I got is $40. She charged me $50 instead of $40 just because I didnt want to spend more. So this was my second time going to this salon. They do, do a good job, however, plan to be in there FOREVER! I have used two different nail technicians now, thinking okay, maybe the first one takes longer and I wont exp So this was my second time going to this salon. I like this place but after my experience today, I won’t go back. I called before I went, I was told to come in 15 minutes, I made it in time. There was 4 customer and 2 people working. We were not happy about that at all but this was not the first time. ask about my manicure,I was told the lady we did my pedicure did not know hot to do it but she had to to do another customer manicure who came after us, I was waiting for the other lady to do it but the same lady came back to do it for me, but I was told she don’t know how to. The lie was disappointing. and sitting there from 3:40 pm to 6:35 was not worth the wait. They did not get the right gel color I choose. Today was a bit frustrating. I have been going to this nail salon for over a year now. In the beginning all was great. Most the time I left happy and felt I got what I wanted. Lately I have been more and more unhappy with my experiences. Yesterday w I have been going to this nail salon for over a year now. In the beginning all was great. Most the time I left happy and felt I got what I wanted. Lately I have been more and more unhappy with my experiences. Yesterday was the last time I will go there. I have been getting my nails done since I was 18 years old (now 30) so I know what I want and what I don’t want. I know what I like and what I don’t like so, as I was telling the tech doing my nails what I wanted I was rudely interrupted by the manager. She kept trying to tell me I was wrong for what I wanted. She took offense when I said no and explained that I wanted to be sure I left happy with them. She kept returning to me to further try and prove her point and then went and talked about it with other customers and employees which made me very uncomfortable. It was not an argument between us and I was very polite so I don’t understand what I could have done differently (unless I wanted to pay for something that I didn’t want) and why she was so angry about it. It is a horrible feeling when you leave the nail salon and are not happy with what you got so I am always sure to speak up if something isn’t right. There was no customers always right attitude here and for that I will not be returning.\n\nEdit to add: The last couple months I was going to Pro Nails, at least 1 nail would break in under a week of getting them done. I tried many different shapes and styles hoping that they wouldn’t break but they always did. The manager at Pro Nails also had blamed me for being the cause of them breaking.\nWell now that I have found my new nail salon my nails have not broken even once! I even had the same Gel nails for the 3 weeks I was on my wedding/honeymoon with no problems. Safe to say it was not what I was getting or me being too rough on them. She does NOT want to honor it! I literally had to go back and forth with her for 15 minutes before she honored it. Why have a reward program if you’re not willing to honor it? It’s deceiving!!\n-My daughters received text messages for 10% off for their birthday. I never received a text for my birthday so I asked about it. I asked Nikki how it works and what should I receive for my birthday. Her response “ I don’t know. The computer does it I have no control over the computer.” I can’t say I was surprised by her response,m. She’s just down right disrespectful-and to a loyal paying customer at that!\n\nI’ve been patronizing this shop for over 10 years, and spend almost $200 a month consistently. My nail tech is the absolute best. The other owner (her husband), is also always kind. If it weren’t for my nail tech I would NEVER give them another one of my dollars!\n\nAnd if you are a loyal customer ASK ABOUT YOUR REWARD FOR YOUR POINTS. She says “oh no we only do gel, I put you leave and do t come back” or something about then doing regular and you don’t come back so I’m like ok…. And leave to go to another shop because how are you making me get gel for one? Then two just the stares while asking if I can simply get a pedicure and I’ll set, nothing complicated. Never returned my two calls to schedule my appointment in 5 days (including a weekend). Simply unnacceptable. I canceled my Groupon with the business.

I believe my appointment was for around 1:00pm, I got there a maybe 30 minutes before. No one was available to see me, so I patiently waited my turn for 1pm. Long story short, I sat at Kevin’s nails till after 6pm that day. My friend had an appointment later on that evening around 4:30/5pm and met me still there “getting my nails done”. I remember they kept messing up and having to restart and lots of long waiting periods. At the end, both our nails came out mediocre and we were less than impressed with our vacation nails. My toes came out decent but the price for both was well over 100 which is ridiculous for a mediocre job and spending over 5 hours at the shop…never again. more ... less ...

My go to place for pedicures. Went there recently (6/16) and by (6/20) my polish was chipped and stained my nails so bad that Im unable to remove the residue to date (6/25). Truly disappointed. Holly is one of the best nail techs in the salon. I am a nail biter and she has taken care of my nails whether they are short or long. She is very neat and meticulous. The salon is very clean and filtration system is stellar. I never smell any polish, acrylic, etc in the air. They have a no fee ATM if you prefer to pay cash for tips. Also, the pedicure bowl have disposable liners! I usually make an appt because Holly has a steady clientele but they also accommodate walk in clients. more ... less ...

I decided to go dur to convenience and thought maybe it was just the person who did my nails.\nI went for a fill in and regret it. My nails look so bad. They e even destroyed my own nail cause they didnt fully cover every parts with acrylic. So my nail is exposed in so many places. Sunny said he would get most of it done and I could come back later to finish. When I tell you they fixed my feet and hands in 45 mins so o could make my appt. Then when I returned after my appt, Sunny worked on my hands. I wanted butterflies and had a vision but Sunny had one too. He is extremely talented at what he does. A true artist. He made my nails look how I wanted despite having to do them shorter this time because of school and all of the typing. I will return and if you want to be summer ready, you need to stop by.
