I was a long time customer at one point in time. I made a visit and waited 40 mins. My nails were prepped halfway and I was told to go to the pedi chair. After my pedi I was told to go back and wait again because she too I was a long time customer at one point in time. I made a visit and waited 40 mins. They are sloppy and the super glue that she put under my nails is stuck under my fingers. I tried washing my hands multiple times and it will not come off. I called ahead of time for 3 spots 2 manicures and 1 pedicure. We get there and theres only two people working and they are both busy and this is the second time it has happened. The day after my natural nail gel manicure my nails began to break after months of not breaking and growing strong and long are now below the tip because they started chipping from the middle of the nail which can cause bad pain. So I believe they saw the nails to thin or set me up to lose my nails but I felt he didnt like my nails and asked to cut them off and there was absolutely nothing wrong with them they were strong and long one day after they look completely different so beware with natural nail styles Id go to a place that will take the time to make your nail beautiful not weak and brittle. more ... less ...

I NEVER WRITE REVIEWS! I went here to get an acrylic soak off. As soon as I walked, the guy at the front did not say hello. I said hello, I just would like an acrylic soak off. I said hello, I just would like an acrylic soak off. I said it twice, he proceeds to take out a nail and nail clippers to remove my nails. I said are you going to soak them off? He said he’ll lift some first then soak them off. EVERY SINGLE NAIL HE RIPPED OFF WAS PAINFUL, I let him know and he proceeded to rip them off. He said if I soak them it will take 45 minutes, as if to say he doesnt have time for that. He was so rough! The board says $10 for nail removal. After all that pain he says it’s going to be $20. $20 for you to do something I could have done at home?!! Ripping nails off with a nail is unprofessional especially if the client is clearly saying it is paying and refusing to soak them off. I have never went somewhere and not paid but I told him I apologize but I refuse to pay $20 for you to rip my nails off. He was not even gentle!!! I could not believe this experience I had!!! I understand he was expecting $20 and I paid 12 but then he slams the receipt and pen on the table as well. When your board says $10!!! And you didnt do what I asked but refused.
