Paid $40 for a full set French. Tipped $10.00 because I am generous. This was on a Friday 2/26, by the next Wednesday 3/2 the pointer finger on my left hand fell off. This was on a Friday 2/26, by the next Wednesday 3/2 the pointer finger on my left hand fell off. It did not \"pop\" off it just disattached while I was driving down the road! I called them and they said \"You come, we fix for you\" I do NOT want to drive 20 minutes our of the way for you to look at my nail. It fell off I paid with a credit card and I would like a refund. They refused and said the money was already at their \"company\". Now today 3/3 my thumb nail on the left hand is missing. Once again, did not pump off, but I looked down at my hand and it was missing. There is NO reason why these nails should be coming off already. It hasnt even been a week. What a waste. I guess I should have expected that from a walmart nail salon. My mistake. Wont ever be going back again. more ... less ...

I am shocked at the lack of customer service there. A old robot did 3/4 of the pedicure with her eyes closed then crickets for 15 minutes and I had to ask is she coming back to finish? He called in some Asian language and another woman came over and slapped some polish on and left. I sat for another 10 minutes and he said can you go over to the drying machine? I said oh I don’t think she finished. No eye contact; no greeting; no you’re all set; no I hate your guts. Nothin. Very questionable cleanliness. Stained towels and shared tools. Me and my friend went here today. The workers were pretty nice and a bit funny. My friend asked for a coffin shape but they gave her a weird square like shape? When they used the drill, they burned us multiple times. Way too rough. When they started the pedicure, my friend got burned again on the back of her foot. And it all cost $179?! Not worth it LMFAO, last choice salon for me! more ... less ...
