I typically like the salon. The location is super convenient and I’ve liked my nails when I’ve gone (usually)… my biggest issue is that they allow you to schedule with a tech but more times than not Iâ€� I typically like the salon. The location is super convenient and I’ve liked my nails when I’ve gone (usually)… my biggest issue is that they allow you to schedule with a tech but more times than not I’ve been put with someone other than who I requested.\n\nAlso, last time I went I was put with one person and in the middle of the service I had to move to someone else, and I don’t like that… I wasn’t all that pleased with my experience either. Also, I got cut on my foot and finger… and I’m sure I was overcharged.\n\nAll that said: this was the 1st time I’ve had so many issues at once, so I’m willing to try again!\n\nOther things: very nice inside, great vibe, skilled and friendly techs. We finally agreed on white glitter and she added so many layers of glitter that my nails look even more uneven.\n\nI wish they would refund me for my services on 7/1. more ... less ...

They were all turned away because she didnt have the help.\n\nDecent prices, I would go back if needed, yet if there is another place more accommodating I would prefer that over Protips. more ... less ...

Her resolve was to place oil on my cuticles. One week later I have two nails that have fallen off. I went back to the shop to explain to another tech what was going on and her response was “we can’t help you, we have other customers”. I guess since they had already received my payment last week fixing their error was not important. I requested to leave my information for the owner and was told to just call back.\nTerrible nail work and even worse customer service. Take the extra drive and go somewhere ELSE!!! more ... less ...
