I went and showed them they said they’ve never seen that before, then I Was told to pick another color which I did. After just having my nails done four days ago thinking they would honor this terrible nail job he recharged me for a whole new manicure. I will never step foot in that place again. I went to this nail shop on Friday for self- care. The nail tech Ben was very rough with my fingers holding them very tight. He kept saying relax but thats hard to do while he is speezing my fingers. They rushed me out the chair before my toes dried completely. I felt very unwelcome on my day of relaxation. I would not recommend this shop because they are rude and disrespectful to black people. Love love love this place! Owners are fabulous! The ambiance is all you could ever want in a nail salon. Its like a homecoming every time I go! They treat you like family. My nails are always beautiful!

Kevin started out so pleasant which is the reason I would return every Two weeks. Im going to start off saying if youre looking to be in and out THIS IS NOT THE PLACE he will schedule you an appointment but Still have you waiting for at least an hour while hes doing a walk in that he starred b4 HIS SCHEDULED appointment\nThat being said I started walking in and asking to be seen and he would literally wave me off saying he had clients already. Thats fine but why when I had an appointment I ALWAYS had to wait. Hes also super slow 🐌 and always coughing or using the phone and not washing his hands! Somewhere along the lines something changed because he became being very rude and unwelcoming. When I get my nails done I spend money because Im paying for quality promptness and good customer service he did NOT provide any of these after I became a regular customer, leaving me feeling cheated. I now go to avalon nails the next shopping center over and I see Andy who is hilarious friendly and provides top notch quality work. Dont cheat yourself here, treat yourself elsewhere. Beginning of December my granddaughter and I went to this business, I spent almost $200 between the both and things were a little fishy then and my first time. So, the end of December I took my granddaughter back for the New Years to get service I took her on December 30th to get touch up service for January. We went to this business it was about 3-4 techs and they had someone, the owner asked what did I need, I told her and all the time never looked up to acknowledge us, she said do you have an appointment I said didnt know I had to have one because the beginning of the month I didnt. So I said can I make an appointment, she said yes but never reached for an appointment book or anything and still didnt give eye contact. So, since she never responded to even make an effort we left out.I will never patronize this business again. more ... less ...

I visited Jannas day spa 6/6/20 to receive full service, manicure, pedicure and eyebrow waxing. My pedicure was rushed and the polish was placed very sloppy on my toes. The eyebrow waxing was the worst experience I ever had at any nail salon. I am currently trying to heal from BURNS UNDERNEATH MY EYEBROWS !!!!! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS SALON FOR ANY SERVICE!!!!!!!! It hurts, I can barely wash my face. I went back to the owner after texting pictures showing the burns. I was informed she would refund the $15 for service. I have received better service and experience at a better cost. more ... less ...

My friend, is what Ill call Mr. Randy. He is an awesome technician, when it comes to pedicures. I dont know the proper name for his position but hes the best at what he does.

Every single time I go there, I take my 1 year old with me and Tony (the owner and nail technician), always gives her treats and makes sure that shes just as well taken care of as I am. He always greets me immediately when I walk in and always with a smile. The other ladies who work there are also very friendly and prompt. There other customers are always pleasant as well, and we tend to end up in conversations with the whole salon engaged. Its the warm and welcoming atmosphere that that brings out the wonderful feeling of us all! My mom recommended Tips, Toes and Tan to me because of a bad experience at a different nail spa in Randallstown that gave her a foot fungus; She loves it here at Tips, Toes and Tan especially because they use liners in their foot tubs. Theyre very sanitary, relaxing 😌 and professional. My nails come out perfect every time. They usually open at 10 am, and when I get there between 10 am and noon, I usually get seen right away or within about 5 to 10 minutes; Depending on how busy they are. When he finished I had to ask him to even all the nails and if he could clean the cuticles before polishing he had a nerve to tell me I had to pay for a manicure on top of my gel fill in this is horrible service if you ask me,and to polish nails with dead skin is awful,shame on nail techs that would do this👎🏽 more ... less ...
