I wear my nails longer than most women. It has been challenging to find a salon with technicians that have the skill and patience to do my nails. I’m grateful to have found Cindy’s Nails. This was my first pedicure since before the pandemic. Suzanne made my feet look new as if I never missed a pedicure! Bruce did an amazing job on my manicure! I used to love it here because of how clean they are with SOME of their services such as lining the pedicure bowls. After using this place for about a year the service has really started to suck! After using this place for about a year the service has really started to suck! First I thought the acrylic nail were garbage because they painfully cracked in half days after I got them done so I reduced my preferred service to pedicures. My last (gel) pedicure started peeling a day after I had gotten them done. This time the nail technician who did my nails had the AUDACITY to write in I paid a $40 tip! I called the business and they of course said they don’t know where the charge came from but I know that is a LIE because the bank cannot charge what I do not allow! That very same day another woman was fussing about poor service and not being acknowledged as she waited for an extended amount of time to be serviced! I personally didn’t have the money to tip that day but I usually tip based on service and it’s my money! If people tip they tip, but also if you’re rude (the lady that day would not give me pale pink because “it won’t show on my nails” a good tech knows to just put white underneath 😉) then she separated my toes with what was clearly used separators, and she hardly acknowledged me the entire time besides insulting me. Y’all charge for everything! $5 extra for gel polish remover, $5 extra for callus remover, and extra for gel polish and you dare lie and say I paid you a $40 tip and you don’t know where the coat came from? When I came in there were about 3 people working and I was told they were too busy to take me and to co Where do I even start...I came to nail concepts wanting a manicure which a gift certificate given to me by a friend. When I came in there were about 3 people working and I was told they were too busy to take me and to come back in the next Day. Frustrated because I had somewhere to be, i walked back in and asked them if there was any way that I could get the $30 back off the gift certificate I was given (which was simply just a piece of paper with $30 written on it) since I would not be receiving their services. They fought with me and told me that was not an option and I had to come back and use the gift certificate another time. Fine. So I come back a few days later. On a Tuesday morning...A TUESDAY...MORNING. And waited for an hour before they even gave me the option to pick a color. The place is not clean and raggedy looking. The 3 people that DO work here are 60+ and simply do not do decent nails. Customer service- terrible. Manicure- terrible. Wait time- awful. Do yourself a favor and do not come to Nail Concepts for a service. more ... less ...

I went today for the first time and they were absolutely amazing!! My wife and myself both got our eyebrows waxed, and also got pedicures, I got a full set as well, they did GREAT from start to finish!!!
