I don’t get my nails done often at all so I didn’t know what to expect, but this was not it. The pedicure part was fine and I actually really enjoyed that/the massage. The man doing my nails (Tom?) starts yanking at my cuticles, causing 4 of my finger nails to bleed?????\n\nHe proceeded to put some powder on them (not antiseptic?) and continue working on my hands with his bare hands? Is that even sanitary? After the manicure, for several days, my cuticles were sore and puffy and I was applying neosporin so they wouldn’t get infected. I later read that you’re supposed to soak cuticles before doing any work on them to prevent irritation or bleeding - none of that happened during my appointment.\n\nFor the amount that I paid here, this should not have happened. I just left this salon and it was my first and last visit. I am an African-American woman and I specify my race to emphasize my negative experience. I went to get a pedicure and sat down and placed my feet in the water. I just left this salon and it was my first and last visit. The woman removed my polish, thereafter, she started using a used dirty looking nail file and when I stopped her she said, no problem and threw it away. 🤨Then she started talking across the room to her coworkers about me in the ‘Asian’ language. She proceeded to scrape the bottom of my feet with a metal utensil. Then she started placing 2 individual nail tools in the water where my feet was as if she was using my water to clean them. I stopped her once again and she claimed she was opening the drain with them. I then said to her that I wasn’t pleased with the service and asked if they had individual packets for each customer and she told me no. Then she had the nerve to ask me to place my hands in the water to wash my own feet. At first, I thought I misunderstood her, she repeated herself and I told her I was paying her to wash my feet. Needless to say, she did not wash my feet. Lastly, there was one other customer who was getting a pedicure and the nail tech was using her bare hands to massage her feet and lower legs. In my case, the nail tech used gloves and there was no massaging except for the black heated rocks. One obvious difference between the other customer and myself was our race. She was assumed to be a Jewish woman.\nBuyer beware and one more thing, she was an older woman who seemed to be a Manager or person in charge. more ... less ...

I feel like the hospitality was very good but the quality of the nails isn’t up to my standards. I feel like they need to take classes to refresh their mind because my nails look like I got it done by a 10 year old. If your local and you need somewhere quick I would recommend here. However, the service is quick don’t expect a whole lot out of the service and the gel doesn’t last. If you go, ask for Jack he’s the best

If you are providing customer service at least you need to pass standard trainings. How to greet the first time comers and how to explain what services you provide. I felt as if i had to brag and ask them whAt service I should have even without knowing what they have. Horrible, i cannot even describe my disappointment. I will make sure that none of the people i know steps into this place. I couldn’t have been a great resource for them bringing more customers, but unfortunately the owner needs to understand that the horrible stuff that they have will make him very unsuccessful. more ... less ...
