DONT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️\nI went there yesterday to get a pedicure. The lady started off like she didn’t know what she was doing. Then I remembered she did my nails before and they were a mess. I didn’t say anything and let her continue. As she continued the whole process was just unsanitary. I told her I wanted my calluses removed. She rushed thru my feet in less then 10 mins. She then started to scrap my feet and never hit the scraper not even before she started on the other foot. Just nasty! She then put the scrapper in the bowl where my feet had to go back in because they were full of soap! Never experienced anything like that in my life! I asked her to stop and apologized but asked if someone else could finish my feet and drain that water in the bowl. The manager (which I believe is new) came over and they begin to discuss the situation. I politely asked if someone else could finish. He starts screaming waving his hand at me! I said “you know what forget it, can I have a towel so I can clean off my feet” he tells me to use the wet towel that my feet and dead skin was on. I told him i would like a dry towel and he said no use this one and he picked a towel off the floor. The whole situation was crazy because I didn’t understand why he was so aggressive and disrespectful all because I asked for someone that knew what they were doing. It was clear that this young lady didn’t. I should have made a scene because it was several people in there, so they could see how crazy this guy was! I didn’t though, I will make sure I leave a review as often as I can because that was just crazy. Even one of the other workers tried to tel him to just give me a towel so I can wipe my feet, he was crazy! DONT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!!! more ... less ...

So just to start off, I have never in my life been to such a serene nail salon!! The atmosphere here is great and the staff is nothing but professional! The atmosphere here is great and the staff is nothing but professional! I am a huge supporter of small establishments, especially people of color to say the least. Now my best friend who has been coming to this salon for 15+ years introduced me to this wonderful place and I am forever grateful! I have been to many many many nails salons in my life and as a result I ultimately stopped getting my nails done. I would get the occasional gel manicure but would hate that the gel would chip so often, so soon but it was the healthiest option so I stuck with it. Until early 2020 Kevin changed my life!! Kevin has maintained my already long healthy nails while I can enjoy beautiful colors and designs as I’ve transitioned to powder. Ken is awesome with pedicures and nails as well as he was trained by Kevin(the absolute best), Kim is awesome with the gel manicures if that is what you prefer. Ultimately come here and bring your girlfriends, husband etc. Relaxing experience with quality service and products is a WIN for me and you should treat yourself as well because you deserve it!
