This time I asked for a balayage and she made it look exactly what I had asked for (blended and brightened). I could not have been happier with my services! She is very professional and personable! Daughter and I went and got our nails done. We were excited to spend some quality time together. They were able to get us in which was a huge +. Establishment was clean and well light, even better! Establishment was clean and well light, even better! However, the nail tech did not listen to me nor my daughter when we stated the length & the color we wanted. 1st tech cut my daughter then me. Bent my hand back 10 degrees all the wrong way. I have gotten nails done many times. I was not happy, at all. My nails are long and look like junk. Was not what my daughter nor what I wanted. Tried telling lady who rang us out and she either didnt want to hear me, or maybe she didnt understand with the language barrier. Very unhappy. Will not go back. I had heard so many good things and maybe they just had an off day, but damn, they charged me full price, and Im super unhappy. more ... less ...

Nina did my nails not only did she do an amazing job but she’s so very friendly! The customer service was excellent which is refreshing now a days. They really did go above and beyond.
