Cannot believe this place is rated so highly. Giving the place as high as 2 stars only because it was one of the cheapest nail services I’ve had in recent times and my pedicure was good. The dip powder service on my nails, however, was very, very bad. If you aren’t skilled in a service, you should not offer it — and that’s what I would recommend to the owners of this establishment. Not only are my cuticles painted over on some nails, but missing polish at the bottom on others (which is truly just part of any nail service, so that’s an elementary mistake), but I have lines in some nails where the dip was uneven. The nail tech didn’t even use a drill to even out the dip at the end as I’ve seen every nail tech do that I’ve had service me. They also subjected my nails to extremely long exposure to acetone in a full bowl rather than doing individual wraps with the cotton ball and foil/glove as is common practice. The timing of the service was also completely off, as they didn’t allow me to choose colors beforehand, but instead did my pedicure and had me soaking my nails first, so that I couldn’t choose a color palette till after the pedicure was over, meaning that my toes had to be painted after my nail service, leaving my toenails wet at the end. Thank goodness I brought slip-ons or I would have been there another 20 min or so. To add insult to injury, the nail tech kept suggesting I get gel instead of dip as it is “better for my nails”…when truthfully what would have been better for my nails was visiting a salon that knew what it was doing. more ... less ...

It was just terrible. It was sloppy. My acrylics started coming off the next day. They don’t know what they’re doing. Tried to charge me 50 dollars for this mess.

I got a “Spa Gel Pedicure” that was a joke … $85, no callus treatment until I practically forced her, no massage, burnt my leg with the hot rocks, uneven toenails, she put FIVE coats of white on because the polish was old and blotchy. I asked her to fix it SEVERAL TIMES, eventually I gave up. I literally dried my legs off and went to check on my mom who was visibly upset. She got a full set. When taking off her old nails they soaked her nails in acetone, AND THEN POURED IT BACK INTO THE BOTTLE!!! It’s honestly sickening! Her tech was extremely rough and her nails are uneven and look like she needs a fill in already. EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED THEY NEED TO BE CLOSED DOWN. more ... less ...

I will never go here again... I should have known something when I saw the back girl!! An a mani and a pedi for 30$ should have been red flags all day!! Salon started doing other staff while I continued to sit. That was totally unprofessional. But to start chipping and peeling days after getting it done was even worse.
