The technician who did my nails was the worst!! She was so desperate for the next customer that she tried to rush through my service. I addressed her several times on things she missed or simply just didnt do. I finally The technician who did my nails was the worst!! I finally gave up and realized she just didnt care to provide a good service she just wanted the money. Which I was tempted to deny but didnt want the drama or negativity. I left with the worse manicure Ive ever had in my entire life. I tried to think about a worst experience and couldnt think of one. Dont waste your money on the worst service ever. The lady complaining about her nails and rotten stink in back of salon shouldve been my clue to have left. more ... less ...

So this place apparently ONLY has gel polish. They don’t do any regular polish at all not even if you bring your own. So for a simple pedicure and manicure they are charging $75 because they force you to get gel. So this place apparently ONLY has gel polish. I have been to fancy nail before this is my second time this as a vet bad experience sevice was good. Hat I didn’t like my bill was $47 and I gave them $ 60 and they took a tip and hand me $3back. When I told him he was burning me all he did was say it was ok, sprayed then with a bottle of water and continued doing it!!. If that wasnt bad enough he even took it upon himself to charge a 5$ tip to my credit card . So if youre lookin for a day of pain or maybe just looking to get ripped off then please dont hesitate to go in for a visit..... Ask for anybody!! more ... less ...

I went to get a gel pedi and fill in. I went at 530 they didnt notice me until 545. I went to the back where the ped bowls are and the bowl I was asked to sit in had water in it and it didnt look clean. I didnt say anyth I went to get a gel pedi and fill in. I didnt say anything but my facial expression must have shown over my mask. Tina says is something wrong? I still didnt say anything but watched her put a cover on the bowl. Then I hear her friends speaking in their language and she says if its something wrong you can leave. If I had a facial expression as a customer this is your response and then I sat there for like 30 minutes at this point and she was like were closed anyways but you werent closed the 30 minutes I sat in there but was closed because I made a face about a dirty bowl she wanted to put a cover on and think it would be okay for me 👎 thats unsanitary and Ill never visit here again if I could have left 0 🌟 I would have nasty nasty nasty more ... less ...
