I recommend all my girls here. I get my eyelashes here all the time. Hanna is the best! I come back every week just for my eyelashes because all the places I used to go to takes off my whole eyelashes with their glue! B I recommend all my girls here. But Hanna did me right. Their eyelashes glue didn’t give me any discomfort at all. And the best part, it’s easy to take off if I use warm towel. Thank goodness right! So that’s why I wipe my face with a towel carefully. Keep word “carefully”. Some people don’t listen at all when the person (Yes there’s more than one girl that does eyelashes, but I just like Hanna lol) putting on eyelashes tell them to “use towel to wipe face only, avoid heat and water otherwise it’ll start coming off” and go wash their face like they didn’t hear anything. I like this about how they do their eyelashes is that I don’t lose my eyelashes like other places. Thank you Hanna, my eyelashes actually started growing back. Love you. This place is Horrible Absolutely Horrible. They have no respect for middle aged people with Disabilities... I called the salon and.asked could they take my sister for just a cut and repolish. I said I would be there around 4:20pm. She assured me that would be fine. When I got to the nail salon and pushed the wheelchair in the front door The same lady who I talked to on the phone e came rushing up to me quickly and loudy saying they could not take her now cause they all were busy. I was there for an hour and 45 minutes to get my nails done. they didnt even try to speak to me or anything. my nails look awful. there is a bigger gap between my cuticles and polish than when i went in! you can see the strokes from the paint on my nails and the ridges from where she dremeled them. I went to pay and she said it was $48. they charged me to take off my set I had. anywhere Ive ever been thats included in the price when you get a new set. generally salons only charge for take off if you arent getting nails put back on. so now I have hideous nails that look more outgrown than when I walked and I spent $50 for it. They dont use foot files or other foot tools to slough your feet like other nail salons do. Lisa Nails takes the easiest way out and demands that you only get the use of ordinary nail salon tools if you buy into their upselling of callous removal treatment. I didnt have any callouses and did not know that they are too stupid (or greedy) to know the difference between callous removal and an ordinary pedicure. Their massage chairs dont work properly and they cant even polish properly. No wonder there was no wait and 90% empty chairs. Stay away from this salon. I would give them a minus 5 if I could. more ... less ...

I have been going here for over a year. Most time when I make an appointment I still had to wait 30 to 40 minutes. If I am late 15 minutes its a problem. I asked her opinion on a nail polish and she re cfg refused to help and had an attitude the whole time. I was told by her that maybe I should go somewhere else after I had to wait for more than 30 minutes for my scheduled appointment which I made 3 weeks in advance. I went there every 3 weeks consistently. I will never go there again for service. They dont respect me as a customer nor my money. I have no problem to not spend my hard earn money where it is not appreciated. more ... less ...

I was treated (on several occasions) with indifference and frankly just plain disrespectful workers. The humility and hospitality are GONE from this business & so are my hard earned bucks!!!\n\nNo offense, it is EXTREMELY RUDE to talk loudly across the salon. The workers talked so loudly and rudely (while performing services on me) across the room that my anxiety was triggered. I had been here years ago and based on the Google reviews I tried again.  Beware if you are not a regular you will be mistreated.  Long story short it was a miserable experience. I had an appointment.  I was getting take off, new overlay very short and gel pedicure.  The lady at the front desk was chewing gum and frowning. Very rude! She sat me with a guy. Also barely said hello. He spoke very little English.  He began soaking off the acrylic. He did ok with my overlay but every single nail is Different!  I fixed them. One already broke off. Anyway he said I dont do feet someone else will do. He couldnt get anyone to attend to me so he tried to do it himself. Having had a million pedicures in my life he didnt know what he was doing nor could he understand me. I tipped him anyway and requested someone else. She did ok but not what I asked for. I tipped her too. 4 hours and $150 later and I feel disrespected. I spoke to the owner and shared how horrible. He thanked me for the feedback and counted the money. At least 5 people were fully served while I waited for the half hearted service provided. Serenity nail salon earned this review and fair warning to all new customers. DONT DO IT! Clean, quiet & relaxing! They dont speak loud across the shop in their language. If they do speak its among each other. And my foot technician has my feet feeling like a babys bottom

I’ve come here at least 4 times and have left not very satisfied but kept giving them chances. However my last experience was just horrible. I set an appointment for 12:00. I got sat on time. That was great. But I feel they were doing a rush job once more clientele started walking in the door. My nails were a rush job.
