Made a 12:00 appointment for two people, first person wasnât seen for 40 minutes (12:40) and the second person was seen 35 minutes later (12:35). Person doing my nails did not talk to me once and kept looking away while doing my nails. Continued to take walk ins telling them 10-15 minutes and each of them waited almost an hour as well.\n\nIâve never given a place a bad review before but there wasnât even an apology for the long wait.
