I asked for my acrylic/shellac (whatever it was) nails to be removed and a basic French manicure. I said this over and over to ensure no confusion. I said this over and over to ensure no confusion. Pros: very nice well accommodating Cons: they left some of the old shellac or whatever it was on the nail. The white tip portion is sloppy and uneven. The nail base is 100% uneven cause they didn’t remove all the previous stuff. I am new at getting nails done so don’t know all the names. The other thing that irked me was that the nail technician switched to someone else in the middle of her doing my nails and gave me a different nail technician (and it wasn’t because they were done with the shift). Maybe they do do better jobs but, to me it was sloppy. I still felt bad because I’m sure nail technicians don’t get paid a lot so I still gave a generous tip even though it was not deserved. more ... less ...

I was on vacation and decided to get a pedicure and replace my dipping powder manicure. Pedicure was very fast and sloppy.
