I’ve been going here for about 2 years I usually get a haircut there with the same girl. I called to ask questions for a friend that I recommended Circa to, she wanted highlights I also wanted to schedule an appoin I’ve been going here for about 2 years I usually get a haircut there with the same girl. Everything seemed fine until I asked if I could schedule an appointment the girl said “unfortunately for new customers we don’t take appointments for\nSaturdays” I asked her “why if I’m not new” she looked my name she said she couldn’t find it then she tries my phone number and found it . When she found who I did my hair with she said she no longer works there so I would still be considered new🥺 Very disappointing because with other people they at least try to fill me in in another day and she didn’t even try. I started going here and at first it was a pleasant experience. I love the prices but my toes hate the service. Wont return! Ive been a handful of times with good results but damn near lost a toe or 2 this time! Literally cut the toe nails on 8 of my toes and half on another 2 and 2 of my toes are bleeding she cut them so short. M Wont return! My girlfriend and I went there on Friday for a couples pedi session. We got right in they offered us water ( nice touch ) They did a great job on both of us. They start out @ 25 and go up from there. More transparency would be great here otherwise a great environment quiet with country in the background and we caught them on a slow day. They use same scrub brush on all fees which spread germs. The cosmetology dept MUST an inspection and follow up often. Just NASTY and UNSANITARY. It has been 4 days since I got a shellac which is supposed to last 2-3 weeks and its already peeling off on some nails.
