I honestly wish I could give them zero stars...\nWent for a liquid gel fill, which they dont do. Thats totally fine. They pushed the dip powder so hard, which I explained I didnt want but eventually said sure. Then after berating me for doing liquid gel in the first place (which I love getting), someone else came and took over. After pushing the dip so hard, the next person just started doing the shellac. Okay fine, no big deal. When I was finished getting a simple clear coat and tips, there were scratches all over my nails and they were jagged on the edges. I showed them and said I didnt like it. To which they replied, \"thats what happens when you do liquid gel\". Thank you for thats absolutely HORRIFIC experience. Will never go back. I was there for almost 2 hours and paid $45\nWhen they asked if I liked them, I flat out said no and they STILL proceeded to take me to the front and charge me full price. more ... less ...

I said add extra acrylic. Or buff it more instead she filed it no where near where I said was the issue.. I also mentioned my acrylic wasn’t blended fully on one nail and another associated mentioned it’s only one color what do you mean…\nOne color doesn’t mean it isn’t applied correctly especially when someone is doing the 2-3 blot method allowing one area to dry faster before applying the last layer\nNeedles to say it Took 3 hours and $122 later\nWhat works for some doesn’t work for most\nI will not be back! more ... less ...

It has been a while since I went but the wait wasnt too bad and the staff is friendly.
