I have been coming to Sncroniz for about 5 years now. I have never been disappointed. They have so many choices of services. I do not even have a specific stylist because I like to just pop in when I can and they are all I have been coming to Sncroniz for about 5 years now. I have never been disappointed. Perm and cut were fantastic - My stylist (Bailee) was so kind and had the confidence to ask the teacher to check over what she had done to make sure she did things correctly since Had an amazing experience as a customer! The instructor obviously knew what she was talking about and was able to step in to show and explain to my stylist what and why to do something.\nThe salon was very clean and all the students had such an energized feel that made the environment great.\nI also watched another stylist/student near my chair deal with a very picky and unique customer with respect and ease - he left happy even though he seemed to have a number of requests.\nIm so in love with my hair and really liked the way the staff interacted with customers and one another - I will defiantly be coming back! more ... less ...

Gel peeled off before I got home. I couldn’t make it back in during business hours for two days. I cannot tell you how rude this lady was to me. She was obviously very annoyed that I came in. She was tossing my hand around extremely rough. And when she was done she said ‘you done’ and pointed to the door. Connie is hands down the absolute BEST at doing my nails; both hands and toes. Been coming to Connie for 3+ years and I NEVER cheat on her! I even frequently bring my 8 year old daughter, who is treated like a princess and LOVES her Connie♥️ Connie and all the staff are always so welcoming, friendly and kind. My nails ALWAYS turn out beautiful and I get compliments on my nails even 2 weeks after getting them done. If there is ever a flaw (because remember everyone, these people are HUMAN too, who make mistakes just like you and I) it is usually noticed by Connie before I have a chance to notice or say anything, and is always fixed! However, these instances have happened maybe 2-3 times the last 3+ years I’ve been coming here, and all very minor, ie: one nail too long, little smudge, etc. Also, prices are more than fair and are consistent. I’ll be coming to Connie until she closes down shop, which hopefully won’t be for a LONG time 🤣 more ... less ...
