On Thursday March 17, 2022 she went in to get her nails done and about three days later she was complaining her finger had started to hurt and her finger was tingling and the color of the bed of her nail was changing and the tip had started to swell. She went in to talk to the owner and the owner told her they could not soak it but instead they drilled her nail and made it worse. Today my sister sits in the hospital after having surgery and losing her entire nail!! Her finger is infected to bone. Ladies please be careful about going here they obviously are not doing what there supposed to do! I would give ZERO STARS IF I COULD more ... less ...

Can someone please tell me how I can find the owner. I need to really talk to him/her\nAny suggestions or contact information would be helpful. I’ve had the worst experience of my life.

I called around 4:30 pm and arrived at around 5:30 for a full set. I ended up opting in for a pedicure. The woman assigned to me took so long on the pedicure other people that arrived after me left before I did. A man en I called around 4:30 pm and arrived at around 5:30 for a full set. I ended up opting in for a pedicure. The woman assigned to me took so long on the pedicure other people that arrived after me left before I did. A man ended up finishing the pedicure and then he was going to do my nails. I showed several pictures all of various lengths and he said he couldn’t do any of them. Apparently there were only 2 women in the shop that could do this and I the were occupied. If they had asked me from the moment I walked in how long I wanted the set because only 2 out of the 7 people working could do long acrylics, I could have taken my business elsewhere with plenty of time. Instead they wait until around 7pm to say they cannot accommodate me. I inform them that it’s my birthday and I’m just trying to get a set of nails but he refused to do them. Nowhere else could accommodate a full set on such short notice so I went nail-less for my birthday and had to cancel my birthday dinner at Joe Muer. The communication was very lacking and seeing as this was my first time at this establishment I will not be returning. I also do not feel like the nails were very long.
