Terrible customer service. Theyre nice to certain customers that are their favorites but otherwise wont give you the time of day. I made an appointment for 4PM, and they didnt take me until 4:40PM. I wish I could give negative stars. Got my nails done, in one day they broke and shallac chipped off. Had to wait for Memorial Day, he fixed it but had an attitude. Didn’t listen to what I said. We had our wedding on October 15, 2021 at the RPH and Nita was our on-site makeup artist and I had the best experience with her and this salon for my wedding. My bridal makeup looked amazing and my bridesmaids looked so We had our wedding on October 15, 2021 at the RPH and Nita was our on-site makeup artist and I had the best experience with her and this salon for my wedding. My bridal makeup looked amazing and my bridesmaids looked so glam!! Both mothers were very happy with their makeup as well. Not only is Nita so talented but she had a great positive attitude while getting everyone glammed up on my wedding day. She has the kindest and most genuine personality and she was so incredibly friendly to myself, my bridal party and both of the mothers. My mom (mother of the bride) and bridal party members even commented on how friendly she was which made such a big impact on our morning getting ready. Highly recommend this place - they were easy to work with and the salon inside is beautiful. more ... less ...

My kids love it here! From the huge variety of books available, to the little stations for tablet and computer play, my children would spend the entire afternoon here, if I let them.
