Yet you guys cancel my appointment 2 hours before.. If BOTH stylists were very sick they probably felt sick a day before my appointment or had symptoms of a cold? Especially since covid is a thing and you guys take precaution. I understand being sick is out of your control, but there is no way that both artists didnt feel any symptoms at least a day before, if they were both very sick the day of my appointment. I should have been notified WAY earlier, very inconsiderate. I had my appointment scheduled a month in advanced. I understand you guys tried to reschedule me but I am unable to reschedule my whole day again on a short notice and only get part of the service I signed up for. Again all I find unfair is how I wasnt notified properly. I understand I am not a doctor, but it is very unlikely that both girls felt amazing the day before my appointment with no symptoms at all? I should have been notified early thats all! I understand that you cant control certain things.
