Ive been a \"Merle Norman girl\" for 57 years. I was a customer with this Salon for many years in Flushing, Michigan and was always confident with Lisa & Wendy and their suggestions for my skincare & makeup needs. I moved to Traverse City 7 years ago & the Salon in this city was run by a terrible owner; with appalling customer service. So I began contacting Wendy & Lisa via the telephone & placing all of my skincare & makeup needs with them long distance. These two ladies are phenomenal business owners: they know the definition of \"customer service\" and deliver every time. My packages always come to me quickly, they always enclose a little \"sampling surprise\", and I am extremely grateful that these girls are around. I highly recommend them to anyone for expert guidance with skincare, makeup needs, and all other personal beauty care issues. In short, they are awesome! Patty Shelley, Traverse City, Michigan.
