I like Gee Gees food store because you get in and out pretty fast. The management is ok and fairly new but when it was managed previously by another it was fantastic. I went in for a balayage and made it clear I wanted ashy brown tones and not warm tones. Service was great and my stylist was so sweet. However the end product was not up to my expectations at all. However the end product was not up to my expectations at all. The balayage was spotty and not ashy toned at all. We picked the toner out together so I’m unsure as to why it didn’t show through. She didn’t use foils and had reassured me it wouldn’t be spotty but ended up very spotty and my hair was so brassy. Tom customer service was very poor. I was told I complain to much when I paid for the service I was requested. I wouldnt refer anyone to him because hes very moody and unprofessional.
