Update #2: REDEEMED. The lady that hurt my foot last year doesnt work there anymore, people wear their masks, and Tracy and Toan always do a great job! Im happy with the improvements.\n\nUpdate #1: I went in today and got a mani/pedi and they were fine. HOWEVER, their sign clearly says masks are required and once inside they take your temp and have you fill out a short form. Fine. But as im being serviced they allow a blonde woman to come in to get her nails done with no mask!!! And the first thing she said when she sat down was \"Im about tired of this corona sh#t.\"\n\nSo after she left I discreetly said to the guy who did her nails \"I thought masks were required?\" And he said \"Yes, they are. (Insert awkward pause) Oh! LOL she didnt have one 😅\"\n\nI really want to like this place and wanted to give them another chance but I honestly dont think there should be any exceptions to rules of public safety. Literally every other customer was respectful enough to wear their masks including myself. At least care about your customers enough to enforce your own rules to keep us ALL SAFE. NO EXCEPTIONS! I absolutely LOVED going here! The place I was going before wasnt getting me where I wanted with my color so I took a risk and went here. The experience was amazing! The instructors made sure we knew what you wanted to i I absolutely LOVED going here! The place I was going before wasnt getting me where I wanted with my color so I took a risk and went here. The experience was amazing! The instructors made sure we knew what you wanted to insure you loved the results. It did take a little longer than normal because you have to have the instructors approval before applying the color and before rinsing it. The results were worth the wait! I love Julie she is awesome. She does excellent work. I started going in just getting my eyebrows and facial wax. She would always say let me do your nails. I can do them better. Yikes! I started going to Wondernails Livonia a few weeks and have been satisfied until today. I got my nails filled Friday and by last night, 5 have come off. When I got there, she said \"oh I remember you!\" Then the women told me she had to charge me to fix the nails. I told her absolutely not. She then told me it was because I had acrylic. BUT WAIT....\"MAAM, youve been charging me for gel.\" She threw her hand in the air, waved over another women and walked away raising her voice. The other women told me the same thing. Theyre telling you theyre charging you for one product but using another. Will be contacting better business bureau more ... less ...
