Or “we have time for dip but not a pedicure for x reasons. OR “would you like to schedule an appointment for tomorrow?” Instead of immediately saying, “Sorry we’re booked” the lack of customer service skills and professionalism is disappointing. more ... less ...

Staff is very polite. Was charged $190 for a pedicure with regular polish and a full set with designs. Discovered a private nail tech that would have done both for half the price. Won’t be returning.

Best place to get your nails done. I have been coming here for 6 years and wont go anywhere else. Lilly is amazing.
