Jenny and Donna are fantasrltic. They let me come in last minute for a cut and highlight before I went on a surprise trip to Florida. How nice to stay open last and give a great price. I have been coming to this nail salon since they opened. NEVER AGAIN after today. The older woman who sits on the left side of the room, second row back and only does nails no pedicures, was absolutely horrible to me. I I have been coming to this nail salon since they opened. NEVER AGAIN after today. The older woman who sits on the left side of the room, second row back and only does nails no pedicures, was absolutely horrible to me. I showed a picture of a set of nails I liked and first thing she said was “well I can’t do that”. I said ok, not a problem we can just do shellac, that’s what I usually do anyways. She added tips to my nails, cut them and said “that’s it” and I said “could we file them a little shorter? I have a baby at home and don’t want to scratch him”. She then filed them to a sharper point and asked again if that was good. I politely asked if we could just make the tips not so sharp that would be good. She then threw my hand in the air and, in front of a completely packed salon with all waiting room chairs filled “I will not do your nails, someone else will do them.” I was shocked. I asked her if I had offended her and apologized profusely if I had. And she very rudely told me “if you don’t like my shape then I will not do your nails”. I was mortified and asked her to remove all the tips so I could leave. I then called after I got to my car and asked to speak to a manager. The girl on the phone (different then above tech) told me the manager wasn’t there. I asked if she could take my name and number and have them call me back to which she replied “you can call back later. We are busy” and HUNG UP ON ME. I was a loyal customer for years driving upwards to an hour to get my nails done here. I will NEVER step foot in this salon again. more ... less ...

I had the worst experience here today.\n\nMy fellow nail tech buddy and I walked in the store and was never greeted. The lady behind the counter was so focused to the other Vietnamese woman that she never even looked up I had the worst experience here today.\n\nMy fellow nail tech buddy and I walked in the store and was never greeted. The lady behind the counter was so focused to the other Vietnamese woman that she never even looked up at us.\n\nWhen I did get to an area where I found a product I wanted, it was unmarked, I had to go to the register to ask for a price and the same woman acted as if I was bothering her to get a price. Ridiculous!\n\nBy the time my co-worker and I was ready to checkout with our purchases, she was gone and the gentlemen that was there was so disgustingly disinterested in helping us, I almost walked out without purchasing anything.\n\nThis was my first experience, but Im pretty sure it will be my last.
