Paid 175 and instead of a refund, they want to reschedule me with the same stylist, 3 weeks out. Basically told me if I dont take the appointment, then there is nothing I can do. At the same time 3 other people walked in ahead of us , and said they had a appointment for the same time . Two people working five pedicures. I would rather they had called or text and ask if I could come in a little later. Instead we sat there for a minute to figure out what we wanted to do then we left. Guess our money was not worth our time . Bc nails will be very happy to have it. Then I find out when we’re driving off that’s not the first time that has happened to her.
